Patchwork

Here's a Little maiden busy as a bee,
-- Wonder what she's making. Can it be for me?
Nimble little fingers - solemn little face,
Putting all the stitches in their proper place.
Crooning out a song with such a pretty lilt,
I believe she's making Grandma's patchwork quilt!
